Request deletion of your GameHub account and associated data
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your GameHub account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
Before You Continue
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data, including your profile, game posts, messages, and connections.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (email, username, password)
- Your profile information and profile picture
- All game posts you have created
- Your chat messages and conversation history
- Your location history and preferences
- All other data associated with your account
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: Email Request
- Send an email to support@gamehub-app.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your GameHub account
- We will verify your identity and process your request
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
Request Account Deletion
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
Data Retention
After your account is deleted:
- All personal data is permanently removed from our active systems
- Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days before being automatically purged
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes
